In the past week especially, the hate and vulgarities on twitter hit an all time high, you all know what I am talking about. I couldn’t understand why Lady Gaga wasn’t standing down her Little Monsters. They love her, she has the power to soothe them and reinforce what she stands for and yesterday she did that. One of the reasons I love Gaga so much is because of her tolerance preaching and her post says it all. If you haven’t read it yet, head here. Thank you Lady Gaga. Sidebar: This YSL dress? I can’t even. TO.DIE.FOR.
How gorgeous is Cara? Pharrell ain’t too bad either, but next to Cara most would look like a frog. A notorious model humper, Pharrell tweeted this to Cara after they worked together: “one of the illest models ever” adding “I’m grateful @BritishVogue gave me the opportunity to work with you,” he added.
There are a lot of changes to LV for 2014, starting with their face. The new face of Louis Vuitton is actress Michelle Williams, not be confused with the forgotten member of Destiny’s Children. The reason I cut her out of this shot was to solely focus on this friggin bag. This bag is giving it to me wholly and completely. I have no idea how much it costs because the reality of me spending money like that on a purse when I have two kids is zero to none, but a girl can dream.
A woman named Bernadette Coveney-Smith, is a wedding planner that specializes in same-sex weddings. She did something great and necessary. She started an affordable line of suits and formal wear, called Fourteen Style, to fill the void that lesbians and Trans men were feeling. Bernadette said, “Custom suits usually start around $2,000 and up, so for many people it’s cost-prohibitive. It’s not like there’s a David’s Bridal for lesbian suits.” Love it. Check it out here.
